Jamie Schoenewald received a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ohio University and his Juris Doctorate from Capital University. While in law school, he competed in the National Child Welfare & Adoption Law Moot Court Competition and received the Order of the Barristers Award at graduation. After passing the Ohio Bar Exam, Jamie started working for a national title insurance company in Columbus, Ohio. He relocated to Akron in 2020 and has continued his work closing commercial real estate transactions, including multi-site transactions, transactions involving Fannie Mae and the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and out-of-state transactions. In May of 2023, Jamie started working as Underwriting Counsel for Kingdom Title Solutions where he has continued closing all types of commercial transactions.

In October 2024, Jamie was promoted to Commercial Manager & Underwriting Counsel of Kingdom Title Solutions. In his new role, Jamie oversees all aspects of Kingdom Title’s commercial business while continuing to close commercial transactions. Additionally, he presents continuing education courses on commercial transactions for attorneys and real estate agents.
